"What a gem!! We were so happy to find this beautiful place! The room was very spacious and clean! Loved the deep bathtub and balcony! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the pool and hot tub and the close location to the beach."

"Fantastic little hotel in a nice area. Minutes from everything in Santa Barbara. Staff were all nice and our room looked like a little apartment with a kitchen and fridge. Very helpful for leftovers from dinner out! The grounds were so beautiful! The breakfast was great too. They had egg frittatas, out meal, cereal, yogurt parfaits and pastries. Coffee and tea. We ate inside but lots of people ate on the patio outside the lobby which was really nice. I highly recommended this hotel."

"Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had nice decor. The hotel is relatively small but was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown (main drag: State Street) and the beach. We had no issue getting a free parking spot in their lot on the side of the building. The free breakfast was made-to-order and was delicious although there were only 4 options to choose from as it's a tiny kitchen. They even have both indoor and outdoor seating on their nice front porch next to the sidewalk. Check in and check out at the front desk was very easy. Their wifi worked fine in the lobby but did not work well at all in our room but that's my only issue with this hotel."
