"We love a place with character, charm, and hospitality. Lloyd’s did not disappoint. The property is right on the river and we enjoyed winding down and relaxing on the porch and at the fire pit area. The room was cozy and rustic with the feel of an “old timey” cabin. We were there in February and the water took a very long time to get hot but it did eventually get to bathing temperature. Check in was smooth and Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and available on the property. Location is convenient to Bryson City, Cherokee, and Sylva (our favorite) and many waterfalls, hiking trails, etc. We would definitely stay at Lloyd’s again."

"Room was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Used the casino shuttle multiple days. The shuttle driver was friendly and prompt with his pick up times. He was very clear where to meet the shuttle for a ride back to the hotel. No hot breakfast but had muffins, cereal, yogurt and bagels. Enough for quick breakfast "

"The rooms are clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet with a definite southern hospitality vibe. Owners are professional and polite. They enjoy their job and they're good at it. River is a few steps away and is beautiful. Highly recommend this establishment! "
