Amazing service

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very personable, remembered my kids names, very attentive, had craft time for the kids so we could finish our breakfast, very sweet and we would definitely stay again!

The unit we were in was on the top floor sheet. People should be told about those very steep stairs to get up. There was lovely room nice location, but the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. It was way too soft. The service was impeccable. The property is beautiful. It’s a lovely property. They just need a little bit of notice regarding the stairs and they need a new mattress up there. There is a hide a bed sofa also in that room and if they would just add a little stuffing to the cushions so when you sat down, you didn’t sink in the middle that would be great, but I do recommend this property. it’s really beautiful and we enjoyed the people who work they were and own it they were spectacular.

Everything was just perfect! We stayed 2 nights and went on The Polar Express train ride while in Bryson City. The property is wonderful as well as the hosts, and we loved it so much that we are making it a yearly tradition and staying at the McKinley Edward’s Inn!!! You will love how great the rooms and property and everyone are!

Excellent hotel

John Mark is very kind and he takes well care of all guests. The breakfast is delicious, home-made prepared. On our trip we stayed in 4 hotels and this one was the best of all at a reasonable price.

The onsite staff were so pleasant and personable. Took the time to have conversations with us and how they could help us in any way during our stay. Breakfast was great!! Rooms were clean. Dining and common areas were also clean and quiet. I LOVED MY STAY!! Will go back to this Inn anytime I am visiting the Bryson City area. And the best part, this is Not a Chain. Inn has family history and I love supporting small businesses.
