"The quirky steam punk decor was a delight. The street was VERY quiet and parking out front was easy. Jay stopped by because the emails were not going thru. Mandy and Jay were wonderful hosts and were available if needed. The home was cozy. The bedding was nice and beds very comfortable. The internet worked quite well, too. "The location was perfect for a short stay in FoCo. 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk from rafting, the Poudre river, Old Town, 3 huge breweries, and a Safeway. The place was just what we needed and we were glad to have some time up on the roof. Thanks Erik."

"This beautifully appointed farmhouse was a comfortable and spacious home away from home while we showed our horses at Double Check arena. The kitchen allowed us to cook all of our meals and share them on the large back deck. The grill along with nice kitchen appliances and a wonderful AC that kept the house cool during very hot weather meant everyone was happy. "First time visiting Fort Collins and we were happy with this place and the location. Plenty of room for 4 adults, nice kitchen, comfy beds. Garage was nice to dry our boots and waders and the fishing was great on the Poudre. Only thing needed was a tea kettle."
