Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
The space
There are two bedrooms upstairs, with queen size beds. The laundry room is also upstairs. There is also a pull out queen couch in the living room for an additional 2 sleeping spaces. The kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom are downstairs.
Guest access
The entire carriage house and parking lot is yours and not shared with anyone else. The backyard belongs to the tenants in the other house.
Other things to note
The backyard is not part of the AirBnB.

There is a Wi-Fi-connected TV in both bedrooms and in the family room. There is no cable. You can use them to connect to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, etc. if you have an account with any of these services.

This property is in a great location, clean and well decorated, and very comfortable! The metal spiral staircase took some getting used to, but didn’t cause any problems! I love that we were able to walk to the football game, and old town, with no problems! Will definitely be looking to do this again next year for our annual football trip…

Comfortable and well appointed

Even though small, this house felt very spacious. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, enough supplies. Easy parking. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot

The property is a walkable distance from Old Town where there's tons of shopping and places to eat.The home was the ideal size for the two of us and I recommend the property for any small group.

Great property for our family to drop our son off at CSU. Walking distance to the college, old town and all that it provides. Property was clean, well set up and had all the amenities you would need. Check in / out was simple. Great stay and we will use it again over the next 4 years.

Wonderful home with great location!

Family get together for an event at Colorado State University's Canvas Stadium. The home is located within walking distance of the campus/stadium, many restaurants, and downtown shopping. Very comfortable and clean with a beautiful remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and AC for a great night sleep. Would highly recommend for your next adventure to wonderful Fort Collins!
