"The location of this place was amazing! Walk to everything. Of course, with that comes a little difficulty parking. The listing says there is parking out front but didn’t mention that it isn’t available much of the time. Then you just have to park a block or so away. Not terrible but a little difficult with groceries or luggage. Plenty of space, nicely equipped kitchen. The shared space in the courtyard is a little awkward. The people living on the bottom were obviously not pleased when I walked through to get to this unit - even though I had no choice. They couldn’t even say hello. Made me feel less than welcome, that’s for sure. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay!"

The Parlour was a quiet spot for meditation or yoga, and for people-watching in front of the library across the street. Many thanks to Griffin for getting the gas fireplace up and running. "This historic home is beautiful with wonderful warm lighting, HUGE dining room (perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend gathering with our son & his girlfriend & her family we were meeting for first time). So much room for us all to cook, play games, enjoy a meal. Hosts awesome: I had emailed a few days before, asking if the kitchen had a roasting pan for turkey-not usually something a rental would have so was just going to buy a foil one when we got in to town. The host replied they indeed did not have one, but a few hours later, they sent another message & said they had picked up a roasting pan & it was in the kitchen! So sweet & unexpected (turkey turned out amazing btw!!). Walking distance to all the Old Town coffee shops, restaurants, clothing/thrift shops, Target, liquor store, ACE Hardware, Armstrong Hotel (where some family was staying)."
