Convenient location,facility like was fine, good deal! I was a little bothered that I couldn’t lock my interior door with a dead bolt or such since I was traveling solo as a female. Parking fairly easy but a tad of a walk. FoCo is safe yet again as a solo female I keep my guards up! I’d stay again for sure!!

Room was much smaller than we thought - comfortable enough but we were holding onto our CSU kid’s luggage and it was tight quarters, Great location near FoCo however parking was a huge pain - had to set the alarm to move the car every morning before 8 and couldn’t always find street parking close by at night.

Absolutely wonderful place in Fort Collins! Walking distance to plenty of food and drink options and a market. The location is ideal, The property is exactly as described, communication from staff on point. I already booked two more nights and I will stay here whenever I’m in the area moving forward.

The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!
