This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Altho the building is older, it was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Definitely covers the basics well. They also provided hot breakfast sandwiches as part of breakfast. A gas and convenient store were also right next door! I would stay again when back in Ft Collins.

The person working the counter was helpful and got me taken care of just fine. The room was nice enough, spacious. The pillows were the good kind and nice and firm so kudos for those. The downsides were the shower / bath situation. You didn’t get hot water unless you ran the water for 5-10 minutes which seemed really wasteful. The room I was in also had thin walls so you could hear people having clear conversations. Other than that, it was not a bad property, right next to a grocery store, convenience store and Starbucks.

The room was clean and it had everything that you needed from a basic room. The motel was definitely old but they did update some of the stuff in the room like the locks and flooring. The clientele is a bit sketchy but that's not the motel's fault. It is absolutely a 1960s motel with doors that face the outside. The updated lock was nice. They had a pedestal sink in the bathroom which was not useful. We ended up putting our toothbrushes and other toiletries on the desk outside of the bathroom. Overall, it's a good place if you are only looking for a place to sleep and shower. It wasn't bad.

Pet friendly. Area felt a tad bit sketchy but nothing happened during our stay. Great mexican food less than a block away. Pet friendly. Very friendly staff. Room was small and needed updating but the check in clerk stated they had just taken over the property. Definitely a good value for an overnight stay.

Humble accommodations. A little older, but clean and comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable. I slept great. I could hear the people above me, like the floor above me squeaked badly, they weren’t doing anything obnoxious, but their floor might’ve had issues. Nonetheless, I would stay here again. Perfect for what I needed.
