You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. If you're looking for the best Vacation rental in town, you've found it!

A Fun Place To Stay

A wonderful townhome close to Old Town and the Poudre Trail. We had fun visiting family in the area and I was easily able to do rides out of the townhome. We loved being close to Old Town but also a short drive down to the Harmony area to visit family members.

Visiting family in Fort Collins this beautiful home was minutes away from everywhere we needed to go. The weather didn’t cooperate so we couldn’t try out the rooftop hot tub, but everything else was great! Next trip back we will be booking here!!

We moved our daughter into CSU during our state. Great location to access the campus easily. Plenty of space for the 3 of us in the house. Great place, we'll rent again for sure.

I was the main communicator and organizer for a team of international staff members who stayed at this house. The house is beautiful and spacious, it was a great fit for our guests. It's close to downtown and in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend and we will consider it next year when we host our staff members again!

Great location!

I’ve stayed in this condominium community before, in different condos and have never been disappointed. Great location and all you need, within miles. This unit provided everything necessary, for an enjoyable stay, and the owner was very responsive! I’d recommend this property for anyone coming to enjoy Fort Collins and looking for a place to come back and relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning, in the near future.

Quick get away

Will stay here again. I’m a cook and the kitchen is stocked with almost any gadget I needed, or I was able to quickly improvise. Bring oven mits if you plan on cooking, that’s the only thing I couldn’t find! Good communication with the owner. Wi-fi a little spotty but I’m guessing it’s due to construction in the area, it wasn’t a huge deal. It was easy to book and stay at. My kids loved the freedom compared to a hotel room. Great price!

The bed in the middle bedroom was very very sweaky. They would move around and squeaked quite a bit. It would wake up the other person when someone did move. Wasn’t sure how to operate the exhaust fan in the master bath. Overall the stay was good.

Downtown Views and Brews

3 couples came to Fort Collins for a wedding. The location of the house was very convenient to the downtown area. We were able to walk and enjoy the area from the house. The rooftop deck was nice. Although we didn't use the hot tub, we did utilize the deck for soaking in the nice weather and have some great conversation. Erik was easy to communicate with and he even allowed us to check-in a couple hours early to help with the earlier flight arrivals. The only downside was the parking. Couple of times we had to park a block or two away, which was a little inconvenient, especially when we had to unload our cars. Thank you for opening your home to us!
