"Super clean. Spacious room and everything worked well. The shower, the whirlpool, all great. Very quiet building considering we were downtown on a Saturday night. They even included a Coupon for breakfast and a coffee shop coupon. That was a cool surprise!
The bad: the attendant I called at the hotel was a bit snarky with me regarding a late check in and continually referred me to an email I should have gotten prior to arrival, and was hesitant to field my questions; ac/heat unit was very loud...
"We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the breakfast in the morning was very good, the room was quite comfortable, and the location was ideal! The next time we are in town, we would definitely book your hotel!"

"This hotel was excellent! The staff in the hotel at the hotel front desk, bar, and cafe were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a very convenient location to be able to walk to the Rave for the show we were attending. We also appreciated the safe, on-site parking."
