Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Helpful front desk, room was cleaned every day and the housekeeper was very friendly. Note that the shuttles for the airport don't operate before 6 am and it was inconvenient for our traveling. Also the shuttle to the mall was quite inconsistent, we couldn't use it as much since the hours of operation were not clear. Overall, I would stay again here because it's a great location and easy to move around."

"Very family friendly and there’s lots to do! Wonderful activities . The rooms are very clean with a beautiful design . The staff were all very professional and friendly. There was also fresh and healthy options for breakfast. It was also very tasty . The bar is beautiful ! We loved our stay and will be back"

Omni Shoreham Hotel

"Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but very small, which is self explained due to the age of the building. The same is true for the elevators, they are so old I was waiting for the doors to open and see the Beatles in the elevator. I had two beefs, one was with valet parking aas when we got to the Omni and when we left the hotel there was no effort by the Valet to even offer to help with our 2 pieces of luggage but they looked forward to a tip. The other was when we entered our room there were 2 bottles of water, and that was it. The next day when they serviced the room they were not replaced. For the price they charge to stay here they should have left a full case! The best thing was that it was close to my family's home other than that I really wasn't impressed."

"We stayed here for a weekend in June. The location is great! The hotel itself is very nice! The staff are all friendly, the rooms and the rest of hotel looks clean. They had complementary breakfast which was very good: Includes scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a few varieties of meat, pancakes, French toast, oatmeal, etc. We highly recommend!"

"Room was a little small but perfect for solo travel. Valet was a breeze. I Arrived before check in time but got a phone call as soon as my room was ready, my luggage was stored in a locked room in the meantime. Location was a 5 min walk from the convention center. Food at the bar was great. Overall a great stay. If I find myself in the DC area again this is the first hotel I’m looking into. Thank you"
