" The District Hotel is something I would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable stay in downtown DC. One of its biggest advantages is the price, plus it’s conveniently located near everything in the city. They provide basic essentials like an iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The rooms are not very big, but if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, it works well. As for the disadvantages, the room does not have a microwave, refrigerator, and the TV is quite small. However, I was happy to find that they have a small lobby area where guests can stay, with access to a microwave, tables, and chairs for eating. The front desk staff are also very nice and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay."

"Having the available parking arrangement was a big plus when driving there. Pricey, but you have in and out privileges, its all day and overnight, so no need to worry about moving the car or finding a different parking garage... etc etc. That and the security of your car makes the price worth it. Overall an amazing place to stay when going to DC. Was able to walk to basically the entire National Mall from the hotel. And the staff was on point and extremely friendly. "
