"The location was very pretty, staff were direct, food was amazing."

"The breakfast staff was amazing. They deserve a great deal of credit, especially since the breakfast was in a conference room for awhile while the breakfast area was remodeled. The housekeeping manager was awful. We had 3 children and 2 adults in our room. I explained that I had a medical situation which required several pillows in order to sleep. I requested 6 pillows. I was told no. Additionally, at 31 degrees outside we were given no additional blankets and the thermostat would not adjust. It was stuck at 70 and no variance in level or circulation option. Housekeeping for our room was wonderful. Front desk was very professional and Donathan was wonderful. Location is excellent. Dining options are okay. Beautiful walking area. "
