"Clean room. However our room was set up a bit awkward, not enough charging stations. Parking is odd, you had to drive around the corner, push a button to let yourself in. Not much was explained at check in, had to figure out that your keycard is needed to go up in the elevators. Had to ask where the pool was as well. The bed was very comfortable. "I would recommend this hotel. It was in a good location (walkable to Mall and union station) and reasonably priced. Did have a problem with bed: all beds are foldable and one of the two wouldn’t go down. Maintenance responded pretty quickly but couldn’t fix. We had to move to another room. Fine, these things happen, but I was surprised there was little effort to apologize or compensate for the inconvenience."
