"Decent place. Friendly and helpful staff. Currently undergoing much needed renovations. No pool when I was there, but rooms were cheap and reasonably clean. Very plain and basic furnishings, but comfortable bedding. Some paint drips in the rooms that I initially mistakened for dirt. "

"This is a great property to stay at! You're steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Newport. The hotel looks recently renovated and everything was clean! My own hope was that the indoor pool would have been warmer. But once you were in for a few minutes, you got used to it."

"Not only was the first night’s sleep disturbed with fire alarms, but the second day was also riddled with fire alarms. There were coffee packets that were used in the coffee machine in my room that were coved in mold . The toilet bowl had species on it. The woman at the counter at night time was riddled in tattoos and rude. "
