"Spectacular accommodations! Very cozy, great shower, fluffy towels, doors that open onto a deck. Property had kangaroos, lamas, peacocks! Highly recommend!"

"The actual room was ok and a good location to walk to shop. There was glass and rubbish around the playground/bbq area. BBQ’s were rusted and dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned up and we were told they don’t have enough man power to do it and that the maintenance man wouldn’t be there until next weekend. (7 days later) The pool had leaves everywhere in the water. That got cleaned up after several people complained about it. There was a dirty nappy next to the pool entrance for 2 days until many complained about that too. There are weeds growing everywhere between the path and car park. Manager had no care about anything. In their bistro we were served 2 kids fish meal that were half raw, steak was cold. We went elsewhere for meals. Early morning there are no safety lights around the property so it’s pitch black. Play equipment is wonky waiting for a law suit. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in our 3 night stay."

"Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Awonga Cottage. It’s a spacious 3 bedroom conveniently located about 1 km from Hall’s Gap General store. There is parking just outside the cabin. Plenty of room in a well equipped kitchen and 2 living areas. We cooked dinner each night. A lovely large balcony with a bar table and stools plus an outdoor coach made breakfast next to nature very enjoyable. We can see Boronia Peak at the back of the property. Wifi was good. We were able to sign into our Netflix account to enjoy our shows in the evening. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. One of these beds is quite squeaky. There is a washer and dryer which was very useful and laundry detergent was provided. Contactless check in and out. Too easy. "
