"I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. "

"This hotel is nicely located, near Russell Square, the British Museum and underground stations. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was small, which was fine, but there is no air conditioning in the rooms. During my 4 night stay, the temperature in London was in the 90’s, which made it a little difficult sleep. I would recommend this hotel and the price was right. But I would like to stay there when the weather is cooler."
