Apartments in Wangoom

"I booked here for my partners birthday, booking in for the 5 course chefs tasting menu as a nice birthday meal, looked at the photos online and it looked great. Well, sorry to say but this wasn't the case. Wooden tables, no table cloths, cutlery and glasses all different and dirty . And the fruit flies covered the restaurant. I had let them know of a peanut allergy a week before yet they only then changed the dish as we were sat down to some made up rubbery mushroom. The menu online was nothing what we had, there was certain components missing, different cuts of meat, every dish was tastless and bland. I've worked it many Michelin establishments and been in hospitality 8+ years, should hopefully know now what a good plate of food consist of. Along with this we chose a bottle of wine, they didn't have it, then chose another and they didn't have that one ? How can you now have 2 bottles of wine on your menu ? ( The lady was good to however then give us a different alternative for the same price- thankyou but this still isn't the point! ) We left and refused to pay for or meal as it was a let down to what had a been such a great day. The hot pools are good, need some more lights outside in around to make it look better if you choose the twilight session. There is no electric car charging and bits around the hotel, like going in from the car park and the lifts just seem dirty. This place really needs a good revamp. Lastly how can you charge people $30pp per morning for breakfast!"

"Great little stopover motel. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were pretty good. Staff were friendly. The playground area needs some attention but it's probably been too wet to mow. Overall quite satisfied. Thank you"

"Charging $320 for a $100 room is insane to me. The front desk guy was nice but very condescending. "

"First time staying there, we were very impressed with the motel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had tea at the stump next door the food and staff were amazing could not fault anything with our stay, we will be back to visit again 10/10."

"Was impressed on the size and updated kitchen, living area. Only let down was the old bathroom. Also apparently won't let guests smoke outside, need to exit the whole park!"

"We had the family room. Looks to be newly renovated with new fittings, rain shower head and card key entry. Good size for a family of 4."
