Friendly staff, nice and cozy. Felt homely. Only problem was parking is subject to availability. No where near enough carparks so I had to park on the main road.

Centre of city walkable distance to shops . The ground floor is a small living space with small set up of kitchen also a small toilet .. The upstair room is spacious with attached main bathroom facility. The atmosphere is good and you can communicate with the staff via phone anytime.

Our stay here was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Access to laundry facilities was a definite plus. Only downfall was the stairs to bedroom could use a handrail.

Great place to stay

I was very happy with comfortable bed, great quality sheets and towels. Liked that they recycled and that it was walkable. Well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion would be to have somewhere to hang jackets at door a and click in bedroom.

The apartment was clean and well presented. The only criticism is the downstairs toilet didn’t flush but I think it was a recent cistern tap problem. When reported, we were assured that it would be remedied immediately.

This is s 2 story apartment very close to yhe main street.upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom which are very good. However the same cannot be said for downstairs.this is very cramped and uncomfortable, mainly because they have taken up a lot of space for another toilet.

Was a modern apartment which was lovely and clean. No reception, they send you a code to a key safe. They leave a little bag with gift vouchers for local stores with a couple of chocolates, this is a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and shower large with great water pressure. Has upstairs where bedroom and bathroom are with a cute little balcony and downstairs is kitchen and lounge. Will stay again.

Good property near key tourist sites in warrnambool. Living room/kitchennete very small, but comfortable and clean. Good value. Efficient check in. Some small downsides - car parks are very narrow, had to leave the car via the backdoor (as the driver) at times, but not too hard to get street parking a short walk away. Also quite close to the highway. On Saturday night it was rather loud - other nights were ok. Overall very good.

We had a one night stay here, and the room was very comfortable for our needs. It smelt amazing on walking in and the presentation of the rooms was awesome. I was a bit worried about being next to the main road but we honestly could not hear much at all. There were supplies of everything needed, even makeup wipes. The beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. The living area was small but we were very busy checking out the sights of Warrnambool so it didn’t matter. We were also super close to the main part of the town so we could walk to our dinner venue. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Very nice apartment. Odd split level design. 1st floor had couch, half bathroom and refrigerator-kitchenette. 2nd floor had bedroom and bathroom with jetpool bathtub. Parking is a challenge as spots are narrow. A clean and comfortable room.
