"A very nice hotel within a decent walk from the harbour. My only gripe was the non view from my room, just a view of a hotel tower alongside. No mention of non view when booking the room or at check in. Disappointing."

"The air conditioning was unbearably hot from the moment we checked in. We tried to get the wall unit to adjust the temperature - and went to dinner hoping it would improve. However, late at night it was still too warm - so we called reception and a staff member came up and finaly adjusted it. He admitted the system is hard to manage and that people complain about it all the time. Then later that night, the lift jammed for over 40 minutes and my son was trapped inside."

"The kitchen was very sparsely equipped almost to discourage any use. It did not even have a knife or a cutting board. As such, the room was very clean. "

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
