I loved the property. My only complaint is that I wish the hotels and Expedia would be transparent about what the actual cost of a stay will be. Why don’t they include the $48 per day resort fee in the price and why don’t they let you know that self-parking is $48 per day? I understand why many people are turning to air bnb’s.

Plan to walk a lot. The tram service is rough and is either broken or just takes forever to show up. The food is overpriced and very generic. Beautiful property but won’t stay again.

The most beautiful hotel property I’ve ever been too. Amazingly scenic. The safe ocean fed lagoon with lots of sea turtles is so much fun to swim and snorkel in. The swimming pool is one of the largest anywhere. The place opened around 35yrs ago and hasn’t been updated. But the natural surroundings more than make up for it.

Beautiful property and we enjoyed entire stay. KPC restaurant was outstanding but was pricy. Still worth the visit. View from our room was outstanding and the entire staff was kind and super helpful.

Really good place but We just regret that everything is paid for in addition to the room which is already not cheap: breakfast, kayaks, pedal boats... and it's a shame to enjoy wine in water glasses at the NUI restaurant

Beautiful property. Rooms are a little old. When we arrived the room was dirty. We called housekeeping and they took care of it right away. We scheduled cleaning every 2 days in a 6 day stay. But they never came. Booked the luau. The food was not good. Not many options on drinks through the facility either. Fun pools but the bathrooms weren’t clean.

It’s a nice resort and the lagoon lets you snorkel right on the property and we were able to swim with a sea turtle, baby rays, multiple kinds of fish and saw a couple of seals. There are several restaurants available but like most resorts they are grossly overpriced. Beautiful sunsets, lots of walking paths. All in all a great place for a vacation

I liked the dolphins and wolf seals. I was unaware of the construction going on in the ocean tower. It was very noisy. We also found a rotten apple and orange under the bed that had turned moldy and was growing on the bed leg. For the amount of money we spent i felt it should have been a better expeience. Also there needs to bee more dining options in the evening.

The room was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful, as well as responsive. Unsure of the process to obtain housekeeping when new towels were needed. Texting was very helpful. The resort ground was very dark so one could not safely walk around late.

This place was really big. There is enough on site to have a good vacation without leaving the property. We saw dolphins, whales, sea turtles and seals. You won't go wrong staying here.
