When the restaurant was closed for food orders, Rachel personally arranged room service so we wouldn’t go without, a gesture that perfectly captured her dedication and thoughtfulness. We also deeply appreciated the special New Year’s treats, which made the celebration feel personal and festive, as well as the joy of seeing wallabies roaming the property—such a magical and uniquely Australian touch. Her attention, kindness, and seamless care transformed an already beautiful resort into a truly memorable experience. "Perhaps more than 2 keys to be allocated as we have 4 x couples staying in the unit. A couple of issues with access to other apartments via lift were experienced. "

"A great apartment with lots of space and all the usual appliances and facilities. Great to have the buggy included which is essential for getting around the island. Only downside was the atrocious wi-fi speed and bandwidth which meant that TV programmes were constantly buffering almost every minute and also affected the most basic of internet operations."
