"This b&b was very clean and so conveniently located! It was close to the restaurant and shopping area as well as the metro. Also close enough to the central historic area by Metro, but far enough to be quiet . There was a common area set up with quick breakfast foods (yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and tea) but also provided was a ticket to get an espresso and cornetto at a local cafe just 3 minutes away. "Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."
"We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mergellina. Great location, steps from public transportation, restaurants, the lungo mare. Very quiet hotel, no may rooms, quiet and wonderful staff.
My only suggestion would be to have a better shower for space and water flow.
I would strongly recommend Hotel Mergellina to anyone who wishes to spend a good time in Napoli and I will for sure go back there for my next trip. "
