"Everything about this hotel was amazing except for the sewer smell in the restroom. I would book again for the price and area. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Francesca at the front desk spoke very good English and was very helped with pointing me in the direction for things to do. Highly recommend a balcony room or suite. The view is insane! "

When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. "I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."

He gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations - we tried both during our stay and they were excellent tips. We were very happy with our room which was a good size, I note other comments about some areas being dated but that didn't bother us"
