The room we stayed in was a pretty good size room. We had a separate bedroom for my wife and I. Our two kids slept in the main room. The breakfast was fantastic and so was the service. All the staff there were super helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in the same building as the Naples metro which makes it very convenient to use the metro to get into the center of Naples. We wanted to find a hotel close to the Posillipo are and this hotel is perfect. A parking lot is adjacent to the hotel so it is very convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they served a full breakfast with many selections. This is our third stay in this hotel.

Great stay, although the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable so if you’re after a relaxing sleep I wouldn’t bank on it! Softer cushions were requested from reception but they were the same as the existing ones. Easy to get to places despite being outside of the centre, and lovely restaurants near by.

Property is literally connected to the train station. At night there are a lot of homeless people that camp out there right on the train station steps, literally a few feet from the front door of the hotel. You have to get buzzed into the hotel, understandably. It might be a little bit awkward for someone traveling alone.... on a high note. It's very easy to get to public transportation and the rooms are nice.

Great location, reasonable price, modern hotel!

The hotel was in a very convenient location to move around Naples with the Metro in the same building. Sound insulation was excellent, as we never heard the Metro. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were excellent and very attentive. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was much better than any of the beds on the rest of our Italy Adventure, but still a little firm for our liking. The A/C worked well as long as you leave a key in the slot while you’re gone, otherwise, it takes a long time to cool off the room. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the scrambled eggs! The El Sombrero restaurant right outside the hotel door is excellent and very reasonably priced! The hotel has an app that is very informative.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms quiet. We were put in a room on the 2nd floor that is accessible from the 3rd floor. Yup that means you had to walk down many steps to the room! This was quite awful with heavy bags and children. We also could not control the temperature in our room, it kept pushing hot when we were asking for cold. The solution we were offered was to open the window. Unfortunately on the second floor from the bedroom it had a foul smell that came in the window. Overall we felt it was over priced for what was offered, especially with the inconvenience of no elevator access.

Breakfast was delicious and they offered all kinds of coffee. I had a cappuccino each morning. We used the trains and it was very conveniently located at the hotel. There’s loud traffic, but they had sealed windows. There was no shuttle to the airport. It’s under construction, so you have to take the train to and shuttle bus. It’s was easy.

We chose this hotel for our first trip to Naples based on the on-line reviews, rating and price. Not knowing the city at all, I was hopeful that the hotel would - at the very least - be in a nice neighborhood and within easy access to transportation options. Success! Great location literally next door to the metro, which we used to get everywhere. The hotel was lovely, modern, and clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and a wonderful breakfast was included with our rooms. I highly recommend!

Great spot. Although I like the convenience of having a key card instead of having to get a key every time I come back to the hotel, I will admit that I missed that opportunity to interact with the Hotel staff. It is certainly not a complaint. This is a great hotel more of just an observation
