"Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "

"Good location for Merano 2000 cable car and botanical gardens. It is 3k from Merano centre and while there is a bus taking the car was more convient for us, parking on edge of town. The hotel itself is part of camping hermitage, which seems to be main focus. The hotel could use some re-imagining. For example, removing the net curtains obscuring the great view. "What a hidden gem! We are on a driving tour of Europe. Selected this hotel based off of reviews. We were late arriving as bad weather and traffic delays held us up. The hotel staff were so welcoming. They were due to close kitchen but kept it open to let us have dinner. Great food. Great Wine! The room was older yet very clean. Balcony view amazing!
