Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen & neuen Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet, der Spa Bereich und der Pool ist ein Traum und wir waren über einen Geburtstag dort und wurden beim Frühstück mit einem Sektflasche überrascht. Auch die Hotelmitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und die Lage des Hotels sind ein Traum.

Confortable et agréable

Hôtel, style années 50, sur la hauteur à une dizaine de km du centre-ville avec piscine (pas essayée). Chambre et salle d’eau petite mais propre avec grande terrasse avec vue sur la vallée. Dîner assez cher et petite portion. Petit déjeuner varié et bon, compris dans le prix de la nuit (environ 120€). Parking gratuit. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour l’Italie où les prix sont souvent excessifs !

good base for exploring Merano

Good location for Merano 2000 cable car and botanical gardens. It is 3k from Merano centre and while there is a bus taking the car was more convient for us, parking on edge of town. The hotel itself is part of camping hermitage, which seems to be main focus. The hotel could use some re-imagining. For example, removing the net curtains obscuring the great view. Staff not that welcoming though this may be lack of confedence speaking English. We enjoyed our stay in area. The nearby lido is excellent, schenna is pretty and both 4 mins drive away. Nice being up in hills.

Sehr abgewohnt

Die Zimmer sind leider schon sehr abgewohnt und würden dringend einen Update benötigen. Sehr veralterters Mobiliar, durch verschiedene Frühstücksräume von halb-modern bis rustikal veraltet fühlt man sich in einer 2-3 Klassengesellschaft.

Soggiorno positivo ma camere da sistemare

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti presso l'hotel Eremita, in posizione ottima appena fuori Merano. La struttura è immersa nel verde, con anche il campeggio adiacente che offre una buona opzione aggiuntiva ai vacanzieri. L'hotel consente di portare il proprio cane al prezzo di €8.80/giorno, e noi ne abbiamo approfittato, anche perché la camera disponeva di ampio balcone su cui il nostro Husky ha potuto "alloggiare". Proprio le camere sono secondo me la nota dolente dell'hotel. Si tratta di stanze molto piccole, con un bagno che avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata. Andrebbero per lo meno cambiate la porta di accesso al bagno e quella della doccia (che fortunatamente non prevede la combinazione doccia-vasca da bagno). Per il resto, il personale è gentile e discreto e si mangia molto bene: colazione ricca con opzioni salate e dolci, la cena prevede piatti tipici e non, sempre di buona qualità e giuste quantità. Non so se ci torneremo perché ci piace cambiare sempre destinazione, ma lo consiglierei soprattutto per il fatto che i cani sono benvenuti e la posizione a pochi km di Merano è ottima. Ultima nota: la connessione wi-fi è lentissima, non siamo praticamente mai riusciti a navigare tramite smartphone.
