A cozy garden oasis

We really liked the vibe at the hotell. Cozy and with a beautiful garden. We stayed in a petite room and it was a bit small so next time we will book a bigger room.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Very clean, very charming, yoga classes were awesome, sauna was great, staff were kind, lounge was super relaxing. The location was also perfect!

This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice part of Bolzano. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the wifi was very weak, pretty much unusable in the room but fine in the lobby and restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were quiet and spacious (AC perfect, pillows and bed comfortable). The breakfast was top notch...highly advise paying in advance for breakfast as it is not to be missed- fresh crepes, pressed juices, assorted pastries, fruits and cheeses..truly the perfect healthy breakfast. The area itself is very walkable. Would definitely stayagain!

Beautiful and calm

Very nice decorated, fantastic rooms with high ceilings. The interior is one of the reasons to stay here. Beautiful pool area and bar is cool. Clean and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly. Whilst it is an older property, the rooms are small, didn't worry me as i was traveling alone. Outdoor area was pleasant to have breakfast (although I didn't partake) also nice for an after dinner drink. Very easy walk to center, would recommend

Mountain View’s.

This was a return visit. The staff is great and the location is perfect for this city. The bar restaurant is a joy for breakfast and for early evening. The rooms are sizable and the bathrooms are equipped well. Very quick at night and beautiful views from the rooms. Especially the rooms with Mountain View’s.

Good location, large rooms.

Restaurant, bar, walking distance to the train station and bus station. My room was quite large. Clean. Only complaint was that it noisy in my room during the day when I was trying to sleep off jet lag.

I'll start with the positives. The property was adorable on the outside, providing a wonderful area to sit down outside. It was also very conveniently located. Where things were a bit inconvenient: the parking is very narrow and not a great option if you arrive with a larger vehicle. The staff were not very detail oriented - they didn't offer any information (I have to ask a dozen questions in order to find out what would typically be information included in the check-in process). The hotel itself was quaint, but I will say that the hallways reminde me if something out of the Shinning. They were large, tiled and left a very institutional feeling. A lady peculiarity was that while tea was provided in the room, no coffee was. I had a good chuckle over this and would suggest that not everyone's drink of choice in the morning is tea. Overall a nice place

Room and staff were great. Our concerns were the construction either next door or on the hotel that was very close to 24/7. At best we got 2/3 hours of sleep. Also an alarm was going off below us for about 4 hours.

For a 4 star Hotel, my room was nothing special. Also, it was quite small and right beside the lift which I could hear. The standout for me were the grounds. The Cafe was in a garden setting and most guests took advantage of this. There was a pool and benches to sit on or grass to lay on.

The room itself was very small (I stayed in the smallest type of room) but serviceable. No desk, closet or wardrobe to speak of, but there were a few hangers to hang some clothes. The shower was small and a bit awkward, but I made do. The shower gel and body lotion smelled amazing. I got exactly one teabag, which was caffeine-free, and absolutely delicious. Two flat pillows. The nightstand was entirely taken up by some sort of amplifier? I put it on the floor to make more space. The view from my room of the town and surrounding mountains was incredible. The pool was an added bonus and was relatively warm; I enjoyed swimming laps on a crisp 9C morning. Service was attentive and polite, but not particularly friendly. Breakfast was not included and ridiculously expensive, which was an unfortunate surprise. Luckily there are several delicious bakeries within a five-minute walk which offered very satisfying breakfasts for half the price. The history of the hotel is charming.

Pillows too soft. No coffee making facilities. Above bath shower splashed everwhere and was very narrow. Rooms aren't soundproof so can be noisy. But breakfast was delicious and staff super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel but room for improvement

The hotel's historic architecture was beautiful and central location wonderful but we had some issues while there. Our WIFI didn't work the whole time and we had to hotspot for our devices, upon checkin there was a rave party in the garden and very loud until 10pm. We paid for a room suitable for 2 adults and a child and after driving for 5 hours to get there the bed they gave us was broken and falling apart. They did replace the bed after several hours but we also had an issue with our bathroom window which was broken and wouldn't close so bugs got into the space. The staff was lovely but I think management is not great.
