Our first visit to the Dolomites and we enjoyed this property as part of our adventure. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Beds are on the firmer side. Balcony had an amazing view. (Recommend booking a mountain view if it’s available) Great breakfast buffet available. Friendly staff & delicious food both a great way to start each day. We especially liked the option to place an order from the egg menu, smooth coffee, homemade jams & fresh breads.

היינו במלון עם הבת הגדולה שלנו. החדר היה מקסים והנוף מהמרפסת היה מרהיב התקבלנו במאור פנים, נחמדות ואדיבות, וקיבלנו הסברים נהדרים בנוגע למה שניתן לעשות בסביבה. הבריכה המקורה המחוממת היוותה תוספת נהדרת ומקום נהדר להיות בו, לשחות, ולהסתכל על הנוף בסיום כל יום נהננו מאד לגלות את הדובי של המלון כל יום במקום אחר: קורא ספר, מנגן בפסנתר, משחק, מסתכל על הנוף. בהחלט משעשע האוכל בארוחת הערב היה מעט מיושן ונטול שיק, אך הוא הוגש בצורה יפה מאד, והכמות בהחלט היתה משביעה בסך הכל חוויה חיובית מאד

Posizione e servizi esterni dell’hotel (piscina interna ed esterna, giardino, sale in comune) sono di livello soddisfacente ed adeguato al livello 4S. Molto cortese e disponibile tutto il personale, ok particolare quello in servizio nella colazione/cena. Non soddisfacente invece la camera (una Suite Junior) non adeguata al livello 4S sia in termini di spazio che dotazione (solo un dispenser gel shampoo/doccia) senza supporto per doccia. Molto comodo il letto matrimoniale. Per la camera è assolutamente non soddisfacente il rapporto qualità (bassa) prezzo (alto). Torneremo volentieri ma solo con camera diversa all’altezza di una suite.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Mirabell! Staff were friendly, courteous, and indulged our poor German. The introductory tour was very helpful (I appreciated the history) and the facilities (pools, garden, games room) made for a relaxing vacation. It's closeness to Seiser Alm, but reasonable distance from city centre made it a great home base for multiple hikes or just relaxing. Local bus pass was even included! There was no a la carte menu (one could always walk to town to several restaurants), but we were still able to choose from the wonderful 5 course options if not extremely hungry. Would definitely return!
