The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. "Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.) The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well. We would definitely stay here again."
