The junior suite was roomy and had incredible mountain and valley views and a nice balcony/deck The decor was iconic, fun and had a Tyrolian feel. It was a truly warm and welcoming, old style bed and breakfast inn. We could walk to the Col Reiser Gondola and went for one of the most beautiful hikes we’ve ever had up at the top of the gondola. There’s a great transit system to get around Val Gardena with close by bus stops. ...

"Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "

"From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room and shown around. We were also informed of a festival in town, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. In our room was a hand-written note and breakfast the next morning was served with a smile and a wonderful conversation. Details are key here and we could not be happier we chose Paul Wiesinger to celebrate my husband's birthday. We hope to be back soon."

Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service.
