Reception needs to tell customers that the fee shuttle to the terminals is approx 750mts to 850mts away not just two minutes walk. I am disabled and had trouble making it to the bus stop in one go. I am also suffering from Low Vision
and nearly fell a couple of times due to other people pushing in front of me. If correct info was given I would have caught a taxi.

We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had.
It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)
