"Only one woman at reception was rude, and the second problem is that there is no parking nearby. Anyway never back to this Hotel . "

"Very clean spacious room and bathroom. Only knocked off a star as when the room next door closed their door it shook our whole room (521) and woke us up a few times like an earthquake."

"The lifts are an absolute pain in the neck! Also, the tables at breakfast are far too close together and we felt cramped in - they need to be spaced out more. When I suggested a table I was told “as I could see” the table was not laid out and it would have been a better table for us rather than the cramped in table we were given "

"Good hotel for families. Friendly & helpful staff, room was fine, good size bathroom. Well stocked tea & coffee in the room. We enjoyed using the pool table in the bar area. Looked like a decent dinner menu although we didn't try anything. Breakfast was pretty limited so not sure I would choose to have the breakfast again, although we did go down at 10am so not sure it there was a wider selection earlier. The site doesn't have its own parking but there is a very close multistorey car park across a couple of roads."

"Good breakfast , room clean and fine for our stay the staff were really helpful and happy to help. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was close to the centre about a 10 mins walk. If you use a taxi it takes longer due to route taxis have to drive. No restaurant but you could order some food at the bar (pizzas) we didn’t so can’t comment on food. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Birmingham."

"Have stayed here many times in the past, so maybe we were unlucky on this visit, but it was impossible to have breakfast today due to a lack of seating and a large queue of guests waiting. So, as we had a train to catch, we had to miss breakfast completely!"
