"We are travelling through Italy by train. All booked hotels are within a reasonable walking distance, for this it was 12 minutes. Due to poor communication, we had to walk to the office which was 15 minutes from the train station, which then gave us a 30 minute walk to our apartment. So we decided on a taxi, 30 minutes after waiting for a taxi, we were taken to our apartment. Apartment was large, clean, and in a good spot."

"Very pleasant stay overall. The room was large and quiet, with a window overlooking the garden, which made the atmosphere particularly relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new, modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It is only about a 10 minute walk down to the city center, which makes it easy to reach everything while still staying in a quieter area. The only small improvements I would suggest are adding a small table...

"Location was ok, around 1000 metres from the lake, reception staff were excellent but breakfast staff were bordering on ignorant and rude especially the main guy Overpriced for what it is but the breakfast manager was just rude and would avoid Concierge on the morning was excellent"

"A spacious, bright, airy apartment. Very clean and modern and the air conditioning worked flawlessly - I can’t say that about too many places we’ve stayed. It’s about a 20min walk into Como old town but we really appreciated getting away from the touristy part of town at the end of the day - plus seeing a more authentic Italy. The host is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
