During a difficult moment in my stay, the staff showed exceptional kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. Their support went far beyond normal hospitality, including helping me arrange medical assistance and obtain the medication I needed. A special thank-you to Roberta, and also to Daniela and Leiliana, for the warmth, patience, and care they showed me. Their kindness made a lasting impression and meant a great deal to me. The hotel itself is lovely, but what I will remember most is the humanity of the people who work there. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team."

"Staff were fantastic, all very polite and helpful. The pool was freezing although this was nice after a hot day! Room was huge and although not to my taste, had everything we needed. Location was good, a 10 minute slow walk to the lake but nice to be a little out of the way of the crowds! I would recommend this hotel and l would stay here again without a doubt."

"This location was fantastic and easily walkable throughout the city of como, and a 6-8 minute walk from the lake. We had a first floor unit which was great for us since we had our two young kids and a stroller with us, however there are units on the 2nd floor which is up a large staircase. The room was sizable, clean, and modern which was nice compared to other places we stayed at near Como. The AC was pumping as well which was amazing considering the heat wave at the time. Juliet helped us during check in and she was fantastic and extremely accommodating. There was an issue with access to our original unit and she made quick phone calls and ultimately moved us to the ground floor unit which was an upgrade from our original booking. The parking lot was a plus but entry to the lot was VERY tight. It was manageable but make sure you have a smaller car if you want to be safe. The central location made everything easily accessible by walking so driving in and out of the lot isn't needed as much. Overall we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to young adults or young families if you are able to get a ground floor unit."

"Apartment was very clean. Check in was very easy. Host was attentive and accommodating. The location is excellent. The building is only a step away from the train station. There are caffès, restaurants, and groceries nearby. The main town by the lake is only about a 15 minute walk. Building is in a quiet area which we appreciated very much. Everything our family of three needed are available in the apartment including a washer. That is a real bonus as we’ve been travelling for a while."
