Harbor view

We happed to stay during a local food festival! The Sea aquarium, Pirates of the Caribbean ship along with the festival were right outside the hotel! Easy and fun!!

Beautiful and peaceful. The scenery is amazing very convenient as the location is right by the center of all restaurants shops lake and transportation. The staff were very professional and friendly helping immediately to answer questions. Very safe and clean too. Restaurants outside the entrance have excellent food options. Most importantly you can sleep without hearing any noises which it was my concern because the church and heavy traffic. Very happy to have stayed 3 nights.

Loved the location! Room was small and could use a chair or two but the decor was fabulous and in-room coffee a nice bonus. The staff were very helpful and great tourism ambassadors. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect spot

A fabulous boutique hotel in a fantastic central location. The beautiful town of Como and its lake are spectacular too. Great place to stay and would come back definitely!

Super cool and comfortable bedroom. The only thing I didn’t like was that our bath towels were left as swans over the bed so it didn’t seem clean enough as they were handled to make the swan shape.

The location was great. Close to everything, the staff was very helpful. The balcony faces a church and the church bells go off pretty frequently, but it wasnt too bad if you dont mind bells! The room above us was having construction done for the first 3 days of our stay, which we weren't aware of. So that was a little disappointing especially considering my husband and I like to sleep in. Very loud and very disruptive. Other than those 3 days, the place is great

The property is located opposite the Duomo - very central and close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Unfortunately due to train delays, we didn't arrive until after the reception was closed for the night, however, communication from the property was excellent and very reassuring and full access details were provided. The room was lovely with a large very comfortable bed. An excellent shower room and separate, large toilet. Toiletries were good and slippers also provided. Tea and coffee were provided together with a minbar. Next day we were able to leave our bags whilst we did some sightseeing before continuing our trip. The member of staff at reception was extremely helpful We wished we had booked a slightly longer stay in Como.

We were blown away when we first walked in. So homey and quaint. Please the view!!! Best part, especially over the Christmas holidays where you can enjoy the view of the Duomo all lite up from your balcony. Excellent shower. Dual sinks. Very close to the boat docks and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is just fantastic and the suite was so beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are no dining options in the building itself but plenty of excellent restaurants right outside the door spoil you for choice. V short walk to the lake. We will definitely be back!

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Property’s rooms are very beautifully decorated. Location is great, right in the middle of the restaurants and shopping areas. However you don’t get the experience of staying at a hotel with concierge. Also in summer time you want a real hotel with pool and areas to cool off. But this hotel is very small and limited.

Great property location and very modern rooms. I especially loved the ambient faux fireplace! The only issue I had was with the shower. The rainfall shower head flooded the floor partially and the water took way too long to heat up. I could only use the detachable shower head.

This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. The balcony was awesome to be on to watch the crowds below. The only issue was the A/C and lights shut off when you leave the room or are still for long enough for the A/C to kick off and the room turns hot when you get back or wake up. The parking and navigation to the hotel is not easy and is very intimidating for new to the area travellers. I suggest asking for a marked up map of the area like the one they have at the front desk to figure out where to park. Otherwise this property was a stand out on our trip through pretty much the whole of Italy.

Property is pretty but way too dark for my liking. I love a well lit space as it makes one happy and makes the space vibrant. Even with all the lights on, it was still dark. We had to change our first room because that was super dark and Would have made our trip miserable. The light is on auto control because it goes off by itself. The room is well decorated and very comfortable but honestly we couldn't enjoy it becos again it was too dark so we spent more time out than in. Fair enough that may be the plan but if I am paying for the space, allow me decide if i want it dark or lit. I suggest since there is a restaurant right in front of it, partner with them to provide room service that will add to the facilities as it is rather limited. Beautiful place......
