"We had arrived early fir 3 hrs north of Victoria, I was pleasantly surprised that our rooms were ready and they let us have access to them 1 hr early. The great room was a bright area for the breakfast room. Having the kitchenette was a bonus because we had food we weren't expecting to have."

"Very clean and nice staff from front desk to the cheerful room cleaning staff. The location can’t be beat! Our room was booked at short notice so had one with a view of a wall but still expensive and maybe putting a nice mural on it would be good. It didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay and the overall high standard of the room and facilities."

"Our room was spotless, we had a lovely view of the harbour. We really enjoyed breakfast & the service from Darlene was excellent & friendly. The view from the dining room & bar was incredible, straight out to the harbour. This is our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Easy walking to Fishermans Wharf (3 minutes) & to the Legislature (10 minutes) and all around the harbour front from there. This is a 10/10 location and overall super place to stay!"

"Price for the location and free breakfast just can’t be beat. Rooms are basic but clean, and we appreciated the good sized fridge, balcony, and good water pressure and hot water. Staff is so friendly and the breakfast was better than a standard buffet. We’ll be back!"
