Booked this hotel after seeing other reviews. From the moment we checked in until we checked out 4 days later, everything was perfect. We had a superior room which was very comfy and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic all the way through from front desk to dining. Make sure you do the free wine tasting session which was a lot of fun. Are at UCO the well rated hotel restaurant and was not disappointed.

The most beautiful hotel!! I loved my stay here. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Every time I walked through the main entrance it was like a peaceful oasis. I would definitely come back!!

Loved staying at Mine Hotel. Highly recommend. It's got a real homely feel, in a great way, which is comforting when you're travelling. The staff are AMAZING, the facilities are great. The beds are sooooo comfy. And we had our best breakfast of three weeks travelling at Mine. :)

The hospitality was outstanding and all gave us truly personalised service, We were regularly late for breakfast due to jet lag and they accommodated us every time with great spirit. The breakfast was excellent and changed daily so of great interest to see what was the bfast menu of the day. Bed comfortable, Palermo area great and staff also gave great tips. We will be back!
