"Facilities were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a misunderstanding about breakfast, we were with the understanding that breakfast was included, it wasn’t that important! We will certainly stay at Courtyard Marriott again."

"I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager here does not take the time to talk to his employees to find out what has been going on before he gets there. This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"

"Overall, the hotel is quite nice and very clean; however, there was no water provided in the room. Unlike most Marriotts, we weren't even offered a bottle of water. I appreciate having bottled water available in the room to make coffee if desired. Additionally, the breakfast was not enjoyable. I ended up choosing potatoes and bacon. The potatoes were so cold that I couldn't eat them, so they can keep that complimentary breakfast. Overall, I'd rate it 3 out of 5!"

"Overall, stay was good and property was very nice. However, the sauna was disappointing. Did not get above 90 degrees and it took almost 40 minutes to get there. "

"The facility is clean and new. Breakfast was adequate, but parking was horrendous. I think people park there for the restaurant, and I'm not sure if it's combined with the apartment nearby, but it was difficult to find parking at all times. "

"We arrived to check in at 6pm after driving all day. It was dark outside and we were all tired. At check-in, I was informed that "The system is down," and we would not be able to check in until it was restored. I waited nearly two hours before finally asking to cancel my reservation so that myself and my three small children could move on and find another hotel. There were no apologies from staff or attempts to even remotely try to rectify the situation, just sighs and utterances of annoyance. When I cancels my reservation I was told I would be fully refunded; however, I have now made three attempts to get a refund to no avail. I won't be booking with Expedia or any Hampton/Hilton associated hotels again!"
