"First room we were in, had a lukewarm shower. They fixed it the next day. Only problem, not hotel issue, but people above us were heavy footed and walked like elephants (family of 5). E asked to switch rooms after putting up with it for two nights. Second room was good, but once again had problems with the shower—shower head sprayed every direction but what it was supposed to. I also recommend wearing shoes, floors haven’t been mopped in a while and my feet were filthy after walking around barefoot. "

"Dear VrboFrom the get go.  We couldn’t move in on time. Had to be shuffled around twice to different temporary homes.  Subjected to constant repair work for issues known to the owner prior to our arrival.  All repairs were deferred maintenance issues.  This Home was not fit and is still in no condition to rent.  I would remove from your app immediately.  The foul odor from the Plumbing issue has been and is still persistent throughout the house.My family’s stay doesn’t classify as a dream vacation .  Rather we all feel like we had a class in DIY home renovations.  All the repairs should’ve been done before we moved in.  On the owners time at at his expense not ours.  The entire experience has been a disaster.  I would like a full refund.Fayette Severance 619-454-7819"
