"We arrived to check in at 6pm after driving all day. It was dark outside and we were all tired. At check-in, I was informed that "The system is down," and we would not be able to check in until it was restored. I waited nearly two hours before finally asking to cancel my reservation so that myself and my three small children could move on and find another hotel. There were no apologies from staff or attempts to even remotely try to rectify the situation, just sighs and utterances of annoyance. When I cancels my reservation I was told I would be fully refunded; however, I have now made three attempts to get a refund to no avail. I won't be booking with Expedia or any Hampton/Hilton associated hotels again!"

Had to be shuffled around twice to different temporary homes.  Subjected to constant repair work for issues known to the owner prior to our arrival.  All repairs were deferred maintenance issues.  This Home was not fit and is still in no condition to rent.  I would remove from your app immediately.  The foul odor from the Plumbing issue has been and is still persistent throughout the house.My family’s stay doesn’t classify as a dream vacation .  Rather we all feel like we had a class in DIY home renovations.  All the repairs should’ve been done before we moved in.  On the owners time at at his expense not ours.  The entire experience has been a disaster.  I would like a full refund.Fayette Severance 619-454-7819"
