If you are staying in the Norco/Eastville vicinity, upscale hotels are hard to come by. If you are used to a nicer room, this may fit the bill. (Don't be fooled by fancy sounding names some of the other properties go by)

I Must Say This Is a Beautiful Hotel However I was not impressed by General Manager of the Property. Things started off great! I was so impressed I was tipping staff $20 a day for breakfast, towels etc. Then next thing you know, a day later I was walking back in from visiting family and headed to my room. I walk in my room and the phone was ringing. I answered the phone and he said Is this Mrs. ? I said yes this is her. He said Mrs. I’m the General Manager of the Property and I’m calling you to go over our no smoking policy inside of our building. I said okay and stayed quiet to let him speak. Supposedly our housekeeper on the 4th floor claimed that our room smelled like we were smoking In it. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Never in my life have I ever felt so offended. We’re from the East Coast and I suffer from a severe case of Lymphedema. If you know anything about this condition it is extremely painful and in order to keep the pain under control and to help swelling I have to use medical marijuana. I shouldn’t have to mention all of this but I have always been taught if you want change, you have to speak up. I replied back to the male property/general manager and reassured him I follow instructions and the hotels policies. If I had to smoke at bedtime I would go outside and do so. My child was in my room, I would never disrespect my kids nor my husband by smoking in the room when I can simply go outside, no different when I’m at home in Pennsylvania.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was large. The beds were comfy. Our stay included free breakfast, with enough options to choose from. We had a soccer game just below the hotel in the soccer complex which made our stay super convenient. I would stay here again in the future.

There was constant noise and banging like someone was aggressively slamming a cart or something into a wall in the Kate hours of the night even at 2am it was weird and the A/C is very noisy everytime it kicked on it woke me up. Don’t think We’ll be staying there again.

The room was very clean, but the shower had a jammed sewer and the trash bin was full of somebody else's trash. The staff is very polite though and the provided amenities are the best in the area! Breakfast is great as well!
