"Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. "The three managers/assistants I met are wonderful. They are always offering assistance and guidance. Quite outgoing and friendly. All of their information provided was accurate and quite helpful. This is not a hotel; it is a collection of six bedrooms, some expanded into "junior suites" that are quite adorned and fresh. The floor is further a mix of dining rooms and sitting rooms. It is someone's home, and you certainly feel at home. The bed was comfortable, but don't count on having anywhere...

"This is a boutique very small hotel located very close to the main train station in an area that is dirty and run down and a little daunting if arriving at night. The hotel and staff are very good. Access to all main sights in Palermo is easy."

"On a side street behind a wooden door and up a flight of stairs, a whole level turned into a series of suites. Staff very friendly and helpful, modern bathroom and huge room. Make time to book an house in the Spa after a busy day exploring Palermo. Breakfast was adequate but the selection quite tasty. Very close to the main walking streets and markets, and train station. I would stay here again. "

I particulary wanted to find the flea market and they were helpful and gave me directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. I went for walks in the morning along the harbour. "

"The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit. Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit."

"the tub worked fantastic, Erika and Francesco were kind and very helpful with reservations and any requests. great location too. Only challenge were the stairs but we were assisted with luggage when help was around. Coffee, water and tea are available, but food is available at nearby kiosks and restaurants. It’s a quaint experience. "

One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me.
