The hotel is very well located, close to the action but quiet. The staff were very nice and the breakfast excellent. The drawbacks were the air conditioning which was very inconsistent and the smell of sewers in the room which did dispel if the bathroom fan ran continuously.

Liked: staff and service, cleaness, property condition, breakfast, location, working AC, amenities. Friendly and helpful staffs made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel.

A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina.

Though breakfast was not included when I got the property even though it was an option I added prior to booking the place - I still rate 5 stars due to its super cleanliness, amazing staff especially Angela who gave me and my son a smile. The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral 👍

Very nice hotel, if you are from USA, it a higher level property then the usual Best Western in USA. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking situation is a little odd and we created some confusion but the hotel front desk helped us straighten it out.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and if you needed something, they went out of their way to make sure you got it. I highly recommend the hotel. The only negative thing I would say would be the parking because of course you’re in the center of the city, but they do have a 24 hour parking garage about 500 m away which cost 25 euro a day.

Small hotel only 12 rooms in a very convenient location. Expensive for what the hotel offered due to its size. Rooms nice and clean but for our stay missed the services offered by a bigger hotel. Especially when traveling with kids.

The hotel is well-located for walking in the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The train station is easily within walking distance, but the hotel is in a fairly quiet area. This hotel is a great base for seeing Palermo and the surrounding area.

Great Hotel

Great small hotel conveniently situated on the edge of the old town. Plenty of restaurants near by and the main sites are an easy stroll through the pedestrian area. Only a short walk to the train station for buses and trains to the airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, particularly if you like Italian cakes.

Nice hotel, good central location, good breakfast and friendly staff. All good so far. However we were in Room 104 and unfortunately the hotel has a very noisy washing machine in the room above and a member of staff was running it at 10:30 pm and 7:30am.

Pleasant Suprise in Palermo

Front desk was very helpful suggesting nice restaurants and check in was smooth. The neighborhood had plenty of shopping and nice restaurants. It was approximately a ten minute walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

Would suggest to all

Friendliest staff ever, very helpful and attentive to my needs. Room clean and comfortable. The only drawback for my room was that it was overlooking the narrow atrium, thus no possibility to open the curtains.
