Great boutique hotel! We had a suite and it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. They also helped us make a dinner reservation. Loved how quaint and nice it was.

We loved both our room and the location. Plush room, perfect for a couple. Area was safe and easy walk to the historic area, but we also enjoyed a nice dinner near the hotel. Service was great and enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommend!

Great location to enjoy Palermo! Old town is within easy walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious. The entire staff is fantastic...extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They made our visit a joy. It's not your usual accommodation setup but highly functional and uniquely European! Highly recommended!

This place is a small B&B, in the 2nd floor of an old building. The lobby of building is dark with very in adequate lighting. The front door is also dark. The room is small with minimal storage space. The chandelier above the bed is due for cleaning. The bed is in the soft side. The breakfast room is tiny, it’s barely any room to move around when they are more than 6 people sitting.Good location, close to the old town. The service is great.

The hotel was nicely appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged two breakfasts outside of normal breakfast hours to accommodate our early schedules. A great stay

We had a great stay at Family Affair. Our room - the corner suite - was beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding and service friendly, efficient and thoughtful. Would not hesitate to stay again and have already recommended to friends.

Great Hotel, Great Location

We had a great stay at Family Affair. It was our first time in Palermo and the hotel was walking distance to all of the major landmarks, but away from the noise and chaos of the historic center. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is stunning with beautiful residential buildings and local shops and restaurants.

It was awesome accommodation with perfect service. I got really detailed touristic information during the check-in and there was a list of recommendable restaurants around the place. (of course, the listed pizzeria was fantastic) It also has a 24 hours operating private garage just across the street, so don't have to worry about the parking at the center of Palermo.
