Beautiful palace converted to Rental in the heart of the city, walkable to all the main attractions very helpful staff always available to answer questions and help with restaurant bookings and activities. Long flight of stairs, but they help with all the baggage and they help with car parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.
This was the perfect place to stay for my first trip to Palermo. The location was walking distance to the best attractions, shopping, and restaurants in the city center. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every regard. The room included a wonderful breakfast which was a great way to begin each day. The hotel is unique in that it is owned by a baronness who has remodeled a portion of her palace as a hotel. I would not hesitate to return here. There are also great options here for families or couples traveling together…or a great girls’ trip.

The three managers/assistants I met are wonderful. They are always offering assistance and guidance. Quite outgoing and friendly. All of their information provided was accurate and quite helpful.
This is not a hotel; it is a collection of six bedrooms, some expanded into "junior suites" that are quite adorned and fresh. The floor is further a mix of dining rooms and sitting rooms. It is someone's home, and you certainly feel at home. The bed was comfortable, but don't count on having anywhere to perform any meaningful desk work with a laptop. Speaking of which, I have a new model iPhone and had very limited success with wifi connection. I went to several restaurants, bars, a couple of museums, and had no problem connecting to a wifi system. Good news: I didn't need wifi at the time my stay. But, if you need to stay in touch, beware.
The advertised photo is misleading as indicating that there is a front entrance to the apartments (there are six total). You enter from an unmarked door on another street/alley by pressing a button and hoping that there is someone on the other side of the button to let you in. If they are busy, you wait. If it's raining, you wait. There is no reception until you are permitted to enter the first door, climb two flights of stairs to the main foyer, where you are received. They provide assistance with your luggage up and down and enter into your assigned room.
Breakfast was a treat, as were all other services provided, and always with a smile.
4 Quarti is in a very charming home, centrally located in Palermo. The staff is very responsive and professional, and the rooms are spacious and in excellent condition.

The staffs were very helpful and attentive.
Lots and lots of stairs to reach the apartment. I asked them to carry all our suitcases up to the flat.
Issues with hot water but resolved next day.
Very noisy from the street at early morning.
Apartment condition was ok not great definitely not worth the money.😞

This property is in a great location. Sara could not be more helpful. Young porter who helped us with taking our bags up was great. The property is comfortable, beds great, good heating and aircon. Both showers have pretty bad water pressure and only one had good hot water. The other was only warm. The apartment needs a refurb. It’s not bad, it’s just not up to the standard the pictures show. Lastly the stairs. If you have the slightest problem with steep stairs this is not for you. That’s not the properties fault. It just is what it is.
Final final note. A toaster would be a good addition.
The 4 Quarti B and B was well located centrally in a popular but not noisy street with many restaurants and the Cathedral near by.
The host was so welcoming and even showed us around the whole of the beautiful Palazzo. The room was spacious and comfortable with such an interesting ceiling. The breakfast was the best we have ever had even compared to smart hotels. It was a joy to stay here.
The people at this property are wonderful. There is no elevator and there were 5 of us with lots of luggage and they took it upstairs for us. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. Great location. Lots of restaurants near by. Very clean. It was a pleasant stay.
PosiZione stupenda in pieno centro vicino a tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse storico, colazione superba con servizio impeccabile . Palazzo storico ben tenuto : a me è piaciuto molto
