"The hotel does not provide free parking. Be sure to ask if there are any fees for anything. The staff will not tell you until they are ready to charge you. When I asked for extra towels and blankets it took the staff hours to bring it to the room and I had to request the three times. I noticed dead mice outside the building. "

The desk clerks were very efficient, friendly, and asked several times if there was anything more they could help us with. We’ll definitely book here again when in MIA during our travels!"

"The staff is definitely the star. They were available and helpful the duration of my short stay. Especially at the front desk and the bartender. I did take issue with a few things: -the pillows in the room were all giant overstuffed things making it very difficult to sleep. -I paid extra for “bay view”- and I got it, on the fifth floor where my view was mostly the roof of the bar and convention spaces of the hotel. -The WiFi in my room was horrid. I was in the furthest room from the elevators closest to the outside of the hotel. I could hardly get much work done let alone stream Netflix."

"Our room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, our only concern was the bathroom shower head has no hand held shower wand, and the water pressure of the shower head is very little. One of the elevators was not working leaving only 1 elevator for the entire building making wait time very inconvenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location."
