"Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. "The location was perfect for the business trip. The accomodation itself was clean and tidy although basic and was in need of an update. I ate in their restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory but thats just because no cereal available and basic continetal of meat, cheese and bread isnt my thing. The service was fantastic and friendly, I requested an irion and board and this was brought to my room within 2 minutes. I will use again when next in the area."
