Requested for a walk in shower and thought it was a handicap accessible room and they provided it best place to stay

Parking was charged additional we were not told so before Antilled checking in and it was not of the Hotel class

The Pan Pacific is the best! From friendly staff, beautiful rooms overlooking the harbour, the Club Pacific floor for dining was exceptional, and even the business room was a nice touch for use of their computers and printer!
