"This hotel is a good choice if you want something relatively close to the bus station, relatively close to the old quarter, relatively close to the Guggenheim museum, and quite close to the train station. The hotel has pleasant if staid surroundings. Also, one of Bilbao's most interesting neighborhoods, San Francisco, is but a stone's throw away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are more or less what you would expect from a mid-level hotel. The breakfast has a wide variety of things to eat and a bargain at 12 Euros. I would definitely stay at this place again should my wanderings bring me back to Bilbao."
